1. Motor Insurance

1.1. Theft

• Immediately declare the claim to the police.
• Send within 24 hours to the Insurance Company the claim declaration together with the police report.
• Send to the Insurance Company, together with the declaration, the inventory of the stolen objects with the proof of the possession of these items (invoices, photos, certificates of guaranty, loss adjuster´s assessment...).   

1.2. Claim in case of accident

• Fill in and sign together with the other drivers, the form dedicated to accidents.
• Send the form to the Insurance Company.
• Always keep a claims form in your vehicle. In case you lost or already used the claims form, ask a new one to INOV Insurance.

2. Household and SME insurance

2.1. Theft

• Immediately declare the claim to the police.
• Within maximum two days, inform your Insurance Company by sending your claims declaration together with the police report. 
• Send as well to the Insurance Company an inventory of the stolen items together with the proofs of their existence (invoices, guarantee certificates, photos, loss adjuster´s assessment...).   

2.2. Other claims

• Declare the claim, preferably in writtenemail, fax, mail to your Insurance Company.
• Maximum time limit to send declaration: 5 days.

2.3. Few advices

• Keep all proofs (invoices, certificates of guarantee, photos, loss adjuster´s assessment...) of your acquisitions. They allow Insurance Company to estimate the value of your goods.  
• Do not throw in the trash objects that have been damaged. You might need to show them to the Insurance Company. 
• Keep all invoices demonstrating you repaired or replaced a good.  
• In case of fire or theft, protect the place with provisional locks. Always think in protecting your items. In case of theft of credit cards, do not forget to immediately inform your Bank.
• In case of water flood, cut the water and the electricity entry. Call a qualified professional to check the electricity installations.
